John has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, bringing an extensive background in Turbine Engine repair, overhaul, and manufacturing. As a licensed A&P and Pilot, John understands and meets the daily challenge of driving value-based, quality solutions to our customers. John welcomes all inquiries and looks forward to working with the Dallas and Phoenix teams to fully understand your requirements and meet your needs.

Joe has over thirty years of experience in the aviation industry with experience in customer service and operations management. His knowledge and experience focusing on operations allows for an overall view of all Prime Turbines facilities ensuring customer needs and requirements are met consistently.

Sharie has 20 years of accounting and finance experience working with high-growth, global organizations. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. Sharie joined Prime Turbines in 2021.

Henry has over 25 years in business aviation, including engine MRO, hourly cost maintenance programs, and aircraft modifications. His 15 years in the engine MRO sector on PWC engine models, technical background and strong focus on customer service ensures his customers’ needs are well-met. He attended California State University in Chico, CA, and holds a FAA airframe and Power-Plant License. Henry has spent most of his career in MRO technical sales on the West Coast.
